“After seeing my website, three different peers in my industry (social justice-focused education consulting) reached out and asked me for the name of my designer, and I was so excited to connect them with Wonder because I really trust that they ‘get it’ and would make my colleagues look good too!”

“Wonder made it so easy. They did dynamite work and they are really fantastic at collaborating with us to make sure the end product is really what we want. They are wonderful compassionate human beings who have a deep understanding of all the complexities nonprofits face. And their process has been super clear and straightforward. I would happily recommend anyone to work with Wonder Web Creative.”

OUR PROCESS

You’re not here for a cookie-cutter website or a rushed redesign. You’re here because you want a thoughtful, strategic partner who listens and see you, understands your expertise, and can translate it into a brand experience that actually moves your business forward. This is how we get you there.

Step 1: Connect

We start with a conversation. During our discovery call, we’ll talk through your goals, challenges, and vision to make sure we’re the right fit. You’ll leave with clarity about what your business truly needs and what working together will look like.

Step 2: Strategize

Next comes our 90-minute Impact Strategy Session. We dive deep into your audience, messaging, positioning, and brand direction to create a clear roadmap for the project.

Step 3: Creative Direction

With strategy in place, we begin shaping your brand story. Messaging, design and assets come together so your brand starts to look and sound like the best version of itself.

Step 4: Design & Build

Your website comes to life on Squarespace. Because we’ve done the strategic groundwork together, the build is efficient and focused. Most projects move from design to completion in just a few weeks, followed by collaborative revisions to fine-tune every detail.

Step 5: Launch

We handle the technical details and guide you through every step. You’ll also receive hands-on training so you feel confident updating and managing your site long after we’re done.

Step 6: Grow

A new era for your brand begins. You’ve leveled up. And we’ll be cheering you on.

Wonder was so helpful in the early stages of my business. Their "Brand Strategy Deep Dive" is a great exercise for any business regardless of whether you need a website or not. They were timely and super communicative.  I am not "techy" at all so this type of project had me anxious. But I just provided my info and they took care of it all while eliciting my opinion on design choices. They've helped me with edits and questions along the way as well. I'd use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a website.
