OUR PROCESS
Here’s what it looks like to work with us…
STEP 1:
Schedule a discovery call. We’ll help you get some clarity on what your business really needs and help you understand the process. If it feels like we’re a good fit to work together, we’ll move on to…
STEP 2:
90 Minute Impact Strategy Meeting, we’ll do a deep dive into your services, your target market, your brand identity, your web presence and your goals. After this meeting we’ll provide you with an Impact Plan.
STEP 3:
Next, we can begin the design in earnest. We begin writing, brand design and assembling your assets in preparation for the build.
STEP 4:
We build your site on Squarespace. Because we take the time to truly understand your business and get your agreement on design decisions beforehand, the build itself may be as quick as two weeks. Then it’s off to you for revisions and collaborative fine tuning.
STEP 5:
Launch & Training. When it’s time to launch, we walk through every technical step together, as well as provide a training on how to use the back-end of the site and make updates. Empowering our clients to feel capable is as important to us to being available when help is needed.

John and Ramona were so helpful in the early stages of my business. Their "Brand Strategy Deep Dive" is a great exercise for any business regardless of whether you need a website or not.
