Brand strategy, brand identity and a new website for a business that offers in-home care for seniors.

About the company:

Windsor Homecare & Staffing offers personalized and compassionate in-home care to seniors who prefer the familiarity and comforts of home. Founder, Shaneall Farron, is a mission-driven visionary with a heart of gold. Shaneall knew it was time to upgrade her DIY landing page website with something completely new that really showcases her work, vision and values.

The problem:

As a driven entrepreneur, Shaneall was juggling lots of priorities and didn’t know where to start with her website. She never had the time to develop a marketing plan or strategy, and she knew she needed help to craft her messaging and design with empathy and care. Her clients, in most cases the adult children of aging parents and in dire need of help, are in a vulnerable position in choosing care for their loved ones. Shaneall wanted a website that clearly communicates her services and core values to her ideal clients in a way that reflects the kindness and compassion she offers the seniors she cares for, while also aligning it with her vivacious personality. Aware of her limitations, she knew she’d need to outsource the design and copywriting for her site.

The solution:

We knew right away how important the copy would be for this project. Our Brand Strategy deep dive was imperative in helping Shaneall develop and solidify all the essential elements of brand, with her mission, vision, values and target audience profile forming the foundation of it all. From there, we were able to begin formulating a brand identity that hit the sweet spot - visual elements and copy that were both client-focused and authentically Shaneall.

Powerful brand photography with excellent headshots as well as action shots with clients played an important role in helping us tell Windsor Homecare’s story. We designed custom icons to make the site user-friendly, creating visual aids that helps people navigate the site with ease and clarity. Additional custom graphics were designed to add a touch of personal flair and make prospective clients feel at home.
